We do not share, sell, rent or loan our Customer information to third parties except to the extent necessary to complete a Customer's order. Order Terms & Conditions

No minimum order is required.
Price do not include shipping, handling or taxes.
Sales Tax(8.00%) is charged only to orders delivered to the state of California.
Orders will be shipped upon authorization and verification of payment.
We do not guarantee that items are in stock. If any part of your order is out-of-stock,
we will contact you within 48 hours.
All sales are final unless the item is misrepresented.
No refund for buyer's remorse. Exchange only for manufacturing defects.
All returned merchandise must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice,
and be in new condition as determined by Mannequin24.
Exchanges and/or Store credit only within 14 days of invoice.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any error
in description or price.

Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Freight

Upon receipt of merchandise, please open all packages immediately
and inspect for defects and damages.
All claims must be filed within 5 days of signing for the freight.
After 5 days you must repair or replace the product at your expense.
All returned merchandise must be in the original carton.

All our items are shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is paid unless it is Saturday,
Sunday or a holiday.
We use UPS Ground Service as its standard shipping method on most orders.
If your order exceeds UPS size and weight limitations or if we need to ship via other carrier,
whenever possible, we will ship via FedEx, USPS or truck.
Delivery normally takes 2-6 business days. It depends on customer location.
Customers will receive a tracking number from our shipper after package is shipped .
We can also ship it through express or overnight.
Customers can select their own shipper.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
Merchandise may also be picked up at our warehouse.

We do not give free shipping or credit if an order does not arrive by a certain date.
Please allow time for unforeseen delays when ordering if you have a deadline.
